"Only die once" is a further development of what started with "Apocalyptic rhymes". New member Daniel fits in well and contributes with his own touch of drumming, the songs are a nice mix of thrash / "in-your-face", speed, mid-tempo and atmospheric songs. Markus has again managed to create wonderful hooklines, along with very aggressive vocals where needed. The guitar and bass work by Ulle, Stef and Alex is super-tight and encompasses a wide range of killer riffing and melodies. The sound itself has a more modern touch compared to the last two albums, but still delivers the awesome vibes of real instruments and no plastic sound.
