The saga of fever dreams will enter a new round on January 29, 2021 when Post Black Metal pioneers HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY release their fifth album "Mӕre" on AOP Records. Since their formation in 2011, the band's oppressive blend of black metal and post rock has drawn listeners down into their quicksand of melancholy, self-hatred and rage.
Their latest album "Arson" even reached number 29 in the German and number 62 in the Austrian charts. On the 10 new tracks, which span more than 80 minutes, you will not only find Kerin "Krimh" Lechner (Septicflesh, live Behemoth) as studio drummer, but also guest vocals by ALCEST's frontman Neige ('Sing For The Damage We've Done') and the anonymous voice of GAEREA ('Silver Needle // Golden Dawn').
