Schandmaul

The German medieval folk rock band SCHANDMAUL was formed in 1998 and has become one of the driving forces of the European folk scene. Besides the classic rock instruments (guitars, bass and drums) they also incorporate various instruments of medieval music such as shawm, hurdy-gurdy, flute, whistle, bagpipes, cittern and lute. After more than twenty years, they are still going strong and improve their unique style with every album.
