Description
The Irish rock band Thin Lizzy’s debut album, *Thin Lizzy*, was released on April 30, 1971. It was followed in August of that same year by the EP *New Day*, produced and recorded by Nick Tauber at Decca Studios. These deluxe CD and LP releases commemorating the 55th anniversary of Thin Lizzy’s debut album feature rarities, BBC sessions, and previously unreleased music. Richard Whittaker has created a new stereo mix of the album, which is included on the CD as well as in the 2-LP versions.
