In the course of the re-release of the SAVATAGE catalogue, it is now also the turn of the second album "Power Of The Night", originally released in 1985 - if you only count "The Dungeons Are Calling" as an EP. It was the album that brought the US power metal institution worldwide attention for the first time with a bigger label and budget behind it; it took a first, tentative step on the way from the hard, straightforward metal of the strong '83 debut "Sirens" to the later bombast.
