The legendary heavy metal band Warlord was founded in 1981 by Mark Zonder and William J. Tsamis.
The band last released new material in 2013 with The Holy Empire, but the wait is over.
In May 2024, the band's new studio album Free Spirit Soar will be released, which is a tribute to William J. Tsamis, who passed away in 2021.
The last remaining founding member Mark Zonder has brought a new line up on board, including vocalist Giles Lavery who is doing an outstanding job.
