Blitzkrieg - Green LP

Since the release of their demo “Blitzkrieg/Buried Alive” in 1981, BLITZKRIEG have held up the banner of classic British metal, influencing countless heavy metal bands over the decades, most notably Metallica, who released a cover version of the eponymous song “Blitzkrieg” both on the compilation album “Garage Inc” and as the B-side of their 1984 single “Creeping Death”. After a break, Blitzkrieg return with their critically acclaimed albums “Back From Hell” and “Judge Not” and are as vital, powerful and ferocious as the day they formed over 40 years ago. Long-time band members Alan Ross (son of Brian Ross) and powerful drummer Matt Graham are joined by bassist Liam Ferguson and virtuoso guitarist and producer Nick Jennison. Their new album “Blitzkrieg”, which is due to be released by Mighty Music in summer 2024, is their best work since 1985 according to initial audio samples.
