Revocation - 14 days right of return

As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of return of 14 days for online purchases. The official term within this period is called the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

 

How do I return items?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please print our return form, fill it out and enclose it with the return package. The return address is on the return form. If it is a pre-order item or damaged goods, please always contact our customer service first. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at +43 384 881 171 5 or by e-mail at customer.service[at]napalmrecords.com.

 

Which articles cannot be returned, where does the right of withdrawal expire?

  • Tickets
  • E-Tickets
  • Digital and physical vouchers
  • Digital / virtual items
  • The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery

 

How do you get your money back?

After we have received your return, the amount will be transferred back to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days to the payment method used for your order. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.

 

Who pays the return shipping costs?

We do not bear any costs for returns, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. As a rule, please send your package prepaid to the return address, which you will find on the return form. Fill it out and enclose it with the package. Keep the receipt or shipment number for security. We will send you a notification as soon as we have started processing your return.

 

How long do I have to return the goods?

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. 

 

General notes

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components, if necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
