The five-piece metalcore band from NRW are considered the founding fathers of German-language metalcore, the pioneers of their genre in artistic, musical, lyrical and visual terms. Now Callejon announces their new album "Eternia". And with it not just their next release, but the tenth studio album of the band, exactly in the anniversary year of the band's twentieth anniversary. And in doing so, the metal band is more self-aware than ever before. The album brings all the strengths and unique selling points of Callejon so obviously to the fore that it is almost impossible to look past them: From the wild enthusiasm and playfulness of youthful recklessness that finds infinity in a single summer evening, to the exploding rage of impotent despair at the limitations of the world, to the bittersweet longing that knows that eternity is only fulfilled in the transience of everything.
