Description

The debut album by New York fantasy doom rockers Castle Rat will be reissued in 2025.

True to the band's ethos, “Into the Realm” was recorded in an abandoned church in Philadelphia, which the band temporarily converted into a studio. Amidst flooded floors, decaying plaster and ornate stained glass windows, the band set up their Orange amps and recorded for two and a half days, with technical and production support from Davis Shubs and Thomas Johnsen.
