With Crownshift, Finland is sending a new band into the melodic death metal race. The band consists of Jukka Koskinen: Bass and vocals (Nightwish, Wintersun), Heikki Saari: Drums (Finntroll, Wintersun), Tommy Tuovinen: Vocals (Mygrain, ex-Oceanhoarse), Daniel Freyberg: Guitar (ex-Children Of Bodom, Bodom After Midnight).

The self-titled debut album will be released in May 2024 and will be one of the melodic death metal highlights of the year.
