You like Bay Area Thrash? Then you've come to the right place, because Fabulous Desaster offer us the German counterpart, namely Bonn Area Thrash.

German thrashers Fabulous Desaster are back in 2025 with a new long player. Genre fans are likely to get sweaty just hearing the band's name. The band from Bonn, Germany, can definitely keep the promise of this name, because the quartet has not lost any of their rousing, dynamic thrash, which contains one or two references to scene legends, since their last album! 

As on the two previous albums, the focus is on fast and furious speed thrash songs with an extremely high energy level. On "Crucify This!" the band is even more varied than before, and in addition to the typical high speed tracks, they also include more complex songs and a mid-tempo steamroller. Lyrically it's all about social injustice and the moral decay of society, the horror and absurdity of war, in the tradition of the old thrash metal school. When the odd fictional horror story sneaks in, there's even room for a pinch of humour.

With "Crucify This! Fabulous Desaster will definitely raise the bar for German thrash metal even higher.
