Johan Langquist The Castle - Black LP

Johan Lanquist - Heavy Metal and Doom Metal pioneer with Jonah Quizz and Candlemass has created his own solo entity. Johan has worked with a wide range of well known Swedish musicians. The debut album evokes the magical feeling of classic 70s/80s heavy metal/hard rock/doom in the vein of Black Sabbath (Tony Martin era), DIO (solo and with Sabbath), Rainbow, Savatage and a touch of doom thrown in for good measure! Johan Lanquist The Castle is not to be seen as a studio project, both live shows and further albums will follow.
