Description
'Lionheart' is the sixteenth studio album from Heavy Metal legends Saxon.
With the title inspired by English King Richard The Lionheart, it continued their return to their heavy metal roots and contained the single ‘Beyond the Grave’ as well as other standouts including ‘Witchfinder General’ and ‘Man and Machine.’ It was also the only release to feature drummer Jorg Michael.
The albums "Dogs Of War" from 1995, "Metalhead" from 1999 and "Lionheart" from 2004 of the English heavy metal legend SAXON, will be released in autumn 2023 as CD reissues in digisleeve.
