All out of love for rock: That's really what this collection of covers has brought together. These are some of our favorite songs, some wonderful classics - or just songs that made us all smile, sweat and scream at a show, band or audience. As The Dead Daisies we are not only proud to be a living, breathing, kicking band, but we also celebrate the history of Rock'n'Roll, the legacy of great music. In short, we are rock fans like you and we always will be. We love the good stuff from all epochs, from the early blues greats to the classic rockers to the heavy bands of later times. So many great musicians, so many immortal lines, so many larger-than-life riffs. This love for music made us musicians in the first place and made us choose this crazy life. We're sure you know exactly what we mean, and we're glad you're with us. That's why each of our albums has a cover song on it, that's why we like to put some classics in our live setlist. This collection unites these Daisies-style songs, with strong guitars, strong vocals and always a little dirt under our collective fingernails. The way we want it, right? Then turn it on.
