Overview

The ticket will be provided electronically – no physical shipment. You will receive a mail from “bringticket” after your purchase.

Instructions
The ticket will be validated at the entrance of the event. Tickets can be provided in the following forms:

Printed

The ticket is valid when printed

Or digitally

Online use: QR code will be scanned directly from the confirmation mail

Offline use: QR code will be scanned from your downloaded pdf print-at-home ticket

You can save the PDF files on your phone and use them offline. It contains the same QR code as in the email. Screenshots are not allowed. The ticket is void after first scanning, so do not pass it on!

Note on use

Each ticket is valid for one entry. If you purchase, for example, 4 tickets, you will receive 4 separate ticket emails. The ticket will be validated at the event entrance. Only good quality QR codes can be read by scanners.

Convenient Management of Your Concert Tickets

A: You can log in to bringticket.com using the same email address you use for your customer account in the Napalm Records Shop. This way, all your concert tickets will always be readily available under My Account / My Tickets.

B: Alternatively, feel free to send an email to our customer service; we will gladly resend your (same) e-ticket if it gets lost.
