Following the successful launch of the extensive reissue campaign for the back catalogue of Sweden's multi-talented hard rock outfit NIGHTINGALE starting in 2024, here's the third chapter with titles to be released in June and August 2025.
Formed 30 years ago by vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and acclaimed metal producer Dan Swanö (Opeth, Katatonia, Edge Of Sanity, etc.), NIGHTINGALE has evolved over the years from a goth/rock inspired solo project to an atmospheric, progressive AOR/hardrock/melodic metal group.
The entire NIGHTINGALE catalogue has been completely remastered by Swanö himself and will be re-released with extensive bonus material.
Originally released in 1996, "The Closing Chronicles" is NIGHTINGALE's second album and the first to feature Dan Swanö working with his older brother Dag Swanö (aka Tom, Nouga) on the project.
