The Waiting for the Power - The Early Years 3-CD package includes the first two Nightmare albums with a total of 10 bonus tracks, as well as the ‘Rare & Unreleased’ compilation with previously unreleased demo and rehearsal tracks.
1979 was the founding year of the French heavy power metal band Nightmare. The band first became well known when they opened for Def Leppard in 1983. Their debut album Waiting for the Twilight was released in 1984 and is being reissued as a 3-CD package to mark the band's 40th anniversary.
