Ritualmord was founded in 2007 by some Lifelover members to make music that doesn't fit 100% to Lifelover.
It had been quiet around the band for a long time, but in 2025 the album with the title: This is not Lifelover.
Even though Lifelover no longer exists, there is still a lot of Lifelover DNA in the music of Ritualmord, which is clearly emphasized by the iconic cover.
