Formed in 2008 in Hanover, THE HIRSCH EFFEKT created their own genre by combining elements of indie rock, progressive rock as well as post punk and mathcore: artcore. Their lyrics deal with social critical themes like fascism, right wing extremism and terrorism which matches their style mix perfectly.
