With the great production skills of former bandmate and current producer, engineer and mixer Fotis Benardo (Rotting Christ, Sakis Tolis, Nightfall, On Thorns Ilay, Suicidal Angels) at his Athens-based Devasoundz Studio, "Remains Of A Dead World" has become a blend of everything that has made Nightrage an integral beast. The band proves to be one of the last true masters of the melodic death metal genre, with utterly unstoppable riffing, grandiose hooks with larger than life guitar melodies and brutal vocals that offer honesty and pure musical delivery straight from the heart. Mastering was handled by friend George Nerantzis (Abbath, Dark Funeral, Pain Of Salvation, Sakis Tolis), whose skills gave the new album an immense sound full of clarity, power and analog flair.
