The Hu themselves call their music style Hunnu Rock. They use traditional Mongolian musical instruments like the horse head fiddle, the Mongolian guitar and also use the traditional Mongolian undertone singing. From the field of Heavy Metal they mainly borrow the hammering bass for their music. The band stands in a tradition of Mongolian bands, which started to mix western music styles with Mongolian music traditions during the democratization of the country in the 1980s, while transporting political content. Now the band honours us with the upcoming album "The gereg".
