Description
Hackney Diamonds, which charted at number 1 in 19 countries on release, marks the return of the Rolling Stones as their first studio album since 2005's A Bigger Bang.
The album includes the GRAMMY-nominated lead single ‘’Angry‘’ and ‘’Sweet Sounds of Heaven‘’ featuring the vocals of Lady Gaga and the piano sounds of Stevie Wonder.
The late drummer Charlie Watts can be heard alongside Bill Wyman on the two tracks ‘’Mess It Up‘’ and ‘’Live By The Sword‘’. The album also includes collaborations with Paul McCartney and Elton John.
This special one-year anniversary limited edition splatter 2LP version of Hackney Diamonds features Live at Racket NYC with the 7 tracks the band performed at the intimate inaugural event in New York on 19 October 2023, including the first live performances of ‘’Angry‘’, ‘’Bite My Head Off‘’, ‘’Whole Wide World‘’ and ‘’Sweet Sounds of Heaven‘’ with Lady Gaga. The 24-page booklet contains photos of Kevin Mazur's performance.
